Great location with a view overlooking the city 🌆. I would definitely stay here again, it's a nice spot to be in.

the breakfast was excellent, with a wide array of goodies. our rooms were tastefully decorated and quiet here with a king bed as well as bath. location: the hotel was so close to the restaurant and the main park and the town centre.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the town. The staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful colonial charm. My room was modern, clean, and stylish, and the breakfast options were delicious. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything in town and offers great value for money.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! the value for money was fantastic - we couldn't believe the affordable prices for such a charming and well-maintained historic building. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the comfortable interior rooms with baths, every aspect of our stay was carefully thought out. Additionally, the location couldn't have been more convenient. Situated in the central area, we were able to easily explore everything the town had to offer. Lastly, the breakfast included in our stay was delicious and gave us a great start to each day.

The design of the rooms was exquisite and the beds were so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The breakfast included different varieties of eggs and fresh fruit juice, which was very impressive. , the Italian coffee machine was an advantage.

The hotel had very poor soundproofing. Even though the staff was nice, the room was too noisy during the restaurant's operations hours.

I particularly enjoyed the delicious food, with a varied menu offering something for everyone. the breakfast was a standout, with a choice of options that were all delicious. the location was also great, within walking distance of many attractions. the cozy and comfortable room provided me a great experience.

The noise level from the restaurant and surrounding area was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at night. the room I stayed in was a bit small and cramped.

Our recent stay was exceptional. the hotel was perfectly located close to everything in the central area. the upstairs common area was lovely, with lavish furnishings. the room was comfortable, with excellent service and a large bathroom. Breakfast was included and quite good.

The lighting in the restaurant was low, making it difficult to see the check and the 10% auto service charge that was added.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! First of all, the location was perfect. It was right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore everything Ambato has to offer. The staff at this hotel were amazing - they were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were lovely, even though they didn't have windows, they were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities I needed. Plus, having breakfast included in the room rate was a nice bonus.

Lovely stay with impeccable service and gourmet meals. Our room was a bit small for three people and didn't have windows, making it a bit stuffy at night. However, the staff at Roka Plaza Hotel Boutique were excellent and the food was top-notch. I highly recommend this unique hotel experience.
